passed away peacefully on 5/6/09 at 3:53pm saw you for two hours and then two hours later you passed away with my dad and uncle carl at your bedside! missed by so many you are now free from pain and with the angels! missing you sooooo much auntie susan no1 had to suffer what you did bbe! passed away on dads birthday same as my grandad did! So many hearts have been broken by your loss never be forgotton bbe look after my brother up there wont you and my cousin and the rest of the family! much Loved aunty, grandma, mother, sister, neice and friend! still cant believe you are gone but you will be in our hearts forever! We said our final goodbye's to you today bbe 16/06/09 and our hearts broke! glad you had a good farewell bbe you deserved it! Missed every day by all who knew youu babe, were missing youu more than ever today babe wish youu could be here with us today to celebrate my dads 52nd birthday but we all know your looking down on us from up above! we miss youu sooo much still cant believe your gone, in our hearts forever and ever :) the memories of youu will always stay with us and youu will always be here in our hearts and thoughts!
